In accordance with the latest CDC and USG guidelines, Face coverings are now optional at GEM . GEM Staff will continue to disinfect high touch surfaces.

In person meetings are now available, at your discretion, and we will continue to meet with you through virtual platforms if preferred.

This two-day workshop provides a practical and basic introduction to characterization in the low kV imaging in electron microscopy, EDS analysis, as well as image post processing. GEM will have a new Field Emission SEM/STEM for high resolution, low kV imaging and analysis. The Hitachi SU9000EA should be available Summer of 2020.
